About Us
One of Scotland's most historic buildings, a Grade A listed landmark, originally opened in 1872 as Her Majesty's Opera House. The theatre was designed by James Matthews and C.J. Phipps.
The theatre has served Aberdeen for generations, hosting everything from opera and variety to modern touring productions, comedy, and music. Its historic interiors and layered stories are a central part of the Tivoli experience.
